As the situation with COVID – 19 is extremely dynamic and changes by the hours, we will continue to make proactive decisions that are based on care for our customers and partners (Franchisees and employees), based in transparency and the recommendations of the WHO and CDC, while also doing our part to help stop the spread of the virus.
Over the last week, as more communities, including the federal government, have called for increased social distancing to help contain the virus we are evaluating our store operations daily. You can always find the latest information on our web site.
Many of our customers have also asked how we will care for our partners. We have shared with our partners that they will never have to choose between working or taking care of themselves and their loved ones. Some stores will be closed and that will also be available and updated on our locations page.
These are truly uncharted times and we are learning alongside you as we navigate COVID – 19 together.
Additional Steps we are taking to keep our customers and partners safe:
- Spreading out the booking of appointments for our customers so there is one person in the store with limited or no overlap
- Keeping the recommended 2-meter distance between us and the customers
- Sanitizing with a bleach solution after each appointment all surfaces customers and employees have encountered, including but not limited to Bottling Table, Corker, Bottle Fillers, Cash Desk, Pin Pad, Door Handles both inside and outside.
- Hand washing station on the bottling table
- Individual batches of corks for each customer and sanitize the container after every customer
- Individual shrink caps for each customer to limit contact with multiple customers
- Asking prior to booking their appointment if they have travelled within the last 14 days and if so to please reschedule their appointment
- We will assist you in everyway possible to make the bottling experience fast
